How the treatment works
Your first session begins with a thorough consultation and brow mapping to align shape with your facial proportions. The artist will review your goals and skin characteristics, then select one or more advanced methods—microblading, nano brows, ombré, or a combination—to design strokes, density, and pigment placement that suit your natural features.
Work during the 1st Session focuses on establishing symmetry, defining the outline, and laying pigment in layers appropriate for your skin type. Timing varies depending on service and client needs; the total appointment includes mapping, technique work, and review so expectations are set before pigment is applied.
Design and color customization
A custom design balances desired fullness with natural hair patterns so brows enhance facial balance without overpowering features. Artists discuss trade-offs: more density can create a stronger look while hair-like strokes give subtle enhancement; choice is guided by lifestyle, age-related changes, and the degree of daily makeup the client prefers.
Color selection and stroke depth are chosen relative to your natural pigment and skin undertone, and the artist will explain realistic appearance through healing. In Estero's sunny, humid climate, we recommend scheduling outside the hottest summer months when sweating and sun exposure can affect pigment stability during healing.
Aftercare and realistic expectations
Aftercare directly influences how the pigment settles and how long the brows remain vivid. Clients should expect a visible phase of scabbing and softening over several days; avoiding heavy sweating, pools, and direct sun makes a measurable difference in how uniformly the pigment heals and how much touch-up will be needed.
Because this is the 1st Session, many clients plan a short follow-up to refine color and shape once healing finishes. Appointment length is set to allow careful work and review; your artist will outline next steps and ideal timing, considering Estero's seasonal traffic and your personal schedule.
